TORTILLA DE PATATA (SPANISH OMELET)- Chef Nieves (Spain)
Ingredients
4 Potatos
1 small onion
4 eggs
Salt
4 tbs of olive oil
Peel de potatoes and cut them in pieces.
Fry them in a pan with some olive oil. After 5 minutes add
the onion, previously sliced. Let it fry until the potato gets soft.
Beat the eggs and add the potato with the onions (not the oil). Add salt.
In a pan, add the potatoes with the eggs, let it cook and turn it around to cook the other side.
