Hummus - Chef Marwa (Jordan)

Ingredients: 
Chick pies (can)
1 garlic clove
2 1/2 tbsp of Tahina
lemon juice (1 lemon)
Cold water or ice (1/2 cup)                               
1 tbsp olive oil
salt

Zahta Roll - Chef Marwa (Jordan)

   
 Mix olive oil with zahtar seeds.




Spread the mixture on pizza dough. 



Roll the dough.
 

Cut it in slices




Cook them on oven (180) until gold.
